Single-cell Transcriptomics

In this session we will be performing the following trainings:
  • An introduction to scRNA-seq data analysis
  This is a presentation that guides the user on the how's and why's of scRNA-seq analysis, and some of the underlying biological and statistic principles needed to understand it.

  • Pre-processing of 10X Single-Cell RNA Datasets
  Here we will generate a tabular count matrix of single cell data from raw FASTQ data, using 10X Genomics sequenced files.

  • Bulk RNA Deconvolution with MuSiC
  This new tutorial will aid users in combining count matrices from bulk RNA and scRNA-seq analyses and performing cell type estimation upon them using the MuSiC suite.
